Cancellation, Return & Refunds Policy

By using the Online Payment System on this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • The information provided by you for booking or payment is true and correct to the best of your knowledge.
  • You understand that Vedant Infra reserves the right to change or modify the terms, offerings, specifications, or policies related to property booking and purchase without prior notice, and you agree to abide by the updated terms.
  • The decision of Vedant Infra with respect to acceptance or rejection of any property booking, payment, or agreement is final and binding.
  • You authorize Vedant Infra to charge your Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / UPI account for the amount specified in the booking or payment form submitted by you.
  • You acknowledge and agree that all property bookings and transactions made through the Vedant Infra website are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless specifically mentioned otherwise in the booking agreement or governed by applicable laws.
  • Cancellation of any booking or refund of payment (if applicable) shall be processed solely as per the terms mentioned in the Booking Agreement executed between the buyer and Vedant Infra. Please refer to the agreement for details or consult our sales team for clarification.
  • Vedant Infra shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the online services or payment gateway, including issues resulting from payment failures, technical errors, or transaction delays.
  • You understand and accept that the jurisdiction for any disputes related to payments or bookings with Vedant Infra shall be Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
