Account Deletion Policy

Data Retention

At Vedant Infra, we retain your personal information until the following conditions are met:

  • The purpose for which your information was collected is no longer applicable.
  • We are no longer required to retain it by law, regulation, or business obligation, unless it's needed for legal claims.

User Account and Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your user account and related personal data by sending an email to: info@vedantinfra.in

We will respond to your request within one (1) month from:

  • The date we receive your deletion request, or
  • The date we receive any additional information required for verification.

Alternative Options

  • Account Suspension: Temporarily restricts access while keeping your data intact for future use.
  • Temporary Account Deactivation: Prevents login access until you reactivate your account manually.

If you opt for permanent deletion, your access to Vedant Infra's services will be lost, along with all related data.

You may request restoration of your account within six (6) months of deletion confirmation by contacting info@vedantinfra.in

Data Deletion Process

We follow a thorough and secure deletion process to remove your personal data from our servers. Where appropriate, we may retain anonymized data for internal use.

Please note:

  • There may be delays between your request and full removal due to backup and security protocols.
  • We take precautions to prevent accidental or malicious deletion.
